GALAXIS | L-FLAME PUMP STATION

The Galaxis Pump Station holds up to three Flame Heads and operates without mains power using an integrated battery solution with up to 90 hours standby time. It features DMX input and output for seamless connection to Flame Heads and other devices. Housed in a robust, powder-coated aluminum housing, it is protected against rainwater and is therefore suitable for outdoor use. Compatible with Isopar L, IPA or ethanol, it offers versatile fuel options.

Constructed with stainless steel hydraulic connections, it features a 17.5 liter capacity aluminum tank with precise electronic level measurement. Multiple fine filters prevent valve and pump failures, while flat-face quick couplings and advanced watertight electrical connections ensure reliability. A bi-directional data link between the Pump Station and the Flame Heads enables efficient system monitoring and fast response times.

Equipped with powerful pumps for autonomous operation, it includes numerous safety features such as leak-proof sumps, pressure monitoring, tank overfill sensors and automatic shutdowns. A backlit display and user-friendly menu navigation improve operability, while features such as pump self-test, filter backwash and venting ensure optimum performance and maintenance. In addition, the system offers protection against dry running and a preventive flame cut-off to avoid fuel exhaustion. The system is also compatible with the Galaxis Refuel Station for extended operating time.
